Staff of Corydon Christian Church

Senior Pastor Don Miller was born in 1936 in Eastview, KY. He attended St. Louis Bible College from 1957-1961, where he received his Bachelor’s of Science in Biblical Studies.

Raised a Southern Baptist, Miller was ordained in 1962 by his mentor Pastor Larry Wilkes, a Pastor from Missouri known for his “fire and brimstone” preaching skills.

During the 1960’s, Pastor Miller preached against communists and hippies. He converted thousands throughout the state of Missouri and throughout the south during his many travels. In 1971, Pastor Miller predicated that a disease would sweep across the homosexual community. By the late 1970’s and early 1980’s, Aids was a household name among the sodomites.

The 1980’s and 1990’s saw a radical change. Many Baptist Churches started accepting liberal and ungodly views. In 2003, Pastor Miller had enough. He broke away and founded Corydon Christian Church in March of 2004.

Pastor Miller has spoken in all 50 states and 34 countries outside of the USA. He has taught courses on the college level and is feared by God-haters anywhere he goes. A true man of God. A true warrior fighting in the name of Jesus Christ.

Pastor Patrick Murphy was born in Derry, Ireland in 1959. Raised a Protestant, he saw the hatred of the Catholic Church at an early age, losing his younger sister in 1973, who was killed by a car bomb set off by the Irish Republican Army.

He attended Belfast Bible College from 1978-1982. He’s known by many as the “Pub Preacher” due to his frequent visits to pubs/bars where he spreads the Gospel. There’s not a bar located within a 100 miles of Morning View Christian Church that Pastor Murphy hasn’t been to.

Murphy has been an American citizen since 1993 and a member of our staff since 2007. He spends his spare time with his wife and three lovely children and protesting Catholics when not busy preaching the Gospel.

Pastor Mike Yates is our Youth Minister and youngest member of our staff. Born in 1977 in Dayton, Ohio to a Southern Baptist family, Yates learned to take a stance against God-haters at an early age. He earned his Bachelor’s of Science in Biblical studies in 2002 from Liberty University.

“I believe I threw my first rock at an atheist at age five” recalls Pastor Yates. He joined our staff in 2011 and has been a major factor in our growth. He founded our Youth Against Sodomites (YAS) and Girls Against Bull-Dykes (GABD).

Pastor Yates is married to his lovely wife Mary, and is the proud father of four children
